POOL AREA
The pool area is located at the rear of the house with access from the kitchen patio doors, the pool area is protected by a pool screen enclosure.  Privacy has been enhanced by adding screening and blinds to the pool screen.

The pool also includes a spa. Pool and spa heat or spa heat is available at an additional cost (see rates). The extended covered lanai area features; 2 fans, Rectangle table with 6 chairs, 2 recliners, 2 ottomans, 2 side tables, 2 Chaise, pool side bar/2 bar stools.

MASTER BEDROOM (OWNERS SUITE)
Master bedroom 1 is located upstairs to the rear of the house. (shown above)
The room features a King-size bed, ceiling fan, large dresser with mirror, large chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, 32” LCD HD television with cable, iPod dock clock radio, walk-in wardrobe, telephone, very large ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath and double shower.

BATHROOM 2
This bathroom is located upstairs to the rear of the house. It features a bath with shower facilities, a double sink unit and a toilet in a separate room.

BEDROOM 3
This room is located upstairs to the side of the house. It features twin beds, ceiling fan, night stand with lamp, clock radio, LCD HD television with cable and DVD, large wardrobe.

BEDROOM 5
This room is located upstairs to the front of the house. It features a king bed, ceiling fan, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, clock radio, LCD HD television with cable and DVD, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, telephone and ensuite bathroom with double shower.

BEDROOM 6
This bedroom is located downstairs at the rear of the house with view of the pool area.

FAMILY ROOM
The room is located on the ground floor to the front of the house.

This brightly lit family room includes an 8ft Brunswick pool table (cues for the young and older players) with large seating area for those wishing to relax and play, surround sound (linked from the Living Room), coffee table, 1 side table, 1 lamp.

LIVING ROOM
This room is located on the ground floor to the rear of the house adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the pool area.

The living room has a large seating area, ceiling fan, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, 47” LCD HD television with cable and DVD. Surround sound (linked to the Family Room) with an IPod dock, free internet access and telephone.

The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances, granite work surfaces and features a nook with stylish glass-top table with 6 chairs, 2 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience possible, including a large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large four ring electric cooker / stove with oven, large microwave oven, coffee machine, juicer etc.

GAMES ROOM
The games room is located in the garage and has table tennis, foosball table and air-hockey table.
